Testing and personal assessment
We first intensively test interested candidates in their technical skills. For this purpose we will conduct either valid technical testing procedures or conduct a personal interview with one of our technical recruiters, who themselves have a background in software development or cloud architecture. We then personally talk to each promising candidate and conduct a psychological interview through which we ensure compatibility with the respective corporate culture.

Within 20 days after starting the search, we will introduce you to the first candidate profiles. You decide whether you want to start your process with one or more candidates or whether we should continue searching. There are no additional costs regardless of the duration; we are paid solely based on success.
Visa and support for restarting
We want onelong-term perspective and make it as easy as possible for both you and the candidate. That's why we organize the visa process as well as the necessary work permits.
We also support your new employee in finding an apartment on site and offer basic language courses in German.
